This role involves assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, maintaining reports, and providing support for payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both paper and digital formats.
- Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Employee Relations: Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Event Coordination: Organize HR events, training sessions, and seminars.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with HR software and Client Office Suite.
