Human Resources/Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Responsibilities:

•  Degree in Human Resources preferred, not required
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience in Human Resources/Staffing Coordinator is preferred
• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed
• Coordinate interviews for potential new staff with recruiting team and department heads
• Monitor employee retention
• Create and maintain staff schedules
• Maintain records of call outs, tardiness and early arrivals
• Onboarding of new hires and organizing orientations
• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Any other duties as assigned

Human Resources/Staffing Coordinator Schedules & Benefits:

• Schedule: Full Time, Weekend Requirement: Manager on Duty Rotation, and On-call as needed
