As our HR Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing facility, guiding HR activities and ensuring that our team members have the support they need to succeed. This is your chance to lead employee relations, recruitment, and development initiatives, while growing your own leadership skills. You'll collaborate closely with plant managers and supervisors to create a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day HR operations for the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Serve as a key advisor for supervisors on HR matters, talent management and development
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement staffing strategies, ensuring right talent is recruited, retained, and developed to meet business needs in both short-term and long-term.
- Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Experience in an HR leadership role is a plus, but not required-if you're ready to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!

Job Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing and/or operations leadership experience with strong HR insight.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred. A combination of education and/or experience in related areas may be considered.
- Certifications: PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent preferred
- Location: Onsite at Sedalia, Missouri
- Work Schedule: Can either be a 5-day workweek or a 4-day compressed workweek
