Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our team at Center Point DAAC. This role involves providing remote therapy services to Spanish-speaking clients. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you will conduct individual therapy sessions, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.
We offer a laptop and require two days of remote work per week. Orientation will be provided in our Santa Rosa office, with shifts up to six hours. Candidates must be located in the area and hold a California license in good standing.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients via secure video conferencing.
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation electronically.
- Participate in weekly virtual clinical case conferences and staff meetings.
- Stay current on best practices and research in therapy techniques and interventions.
- Adhere to privacy laws and regulations, and report any fraud or abuse.
- Master's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).
- Valid licensure or certification as a therapist (e.g., LPCC, LMFT, LCSW).
- Experience working with adolescents and adults in a therapeutic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- One year or more of experience in a substance abuse treatment setting (preferred).
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with a strong knowledge of HIPAA protocols.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn and navigate agency-specific software and systems, including SmartCare.
- Strong technical skills, including ability to use computerized documentation systems and software applications.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
- Ability to use our provided laptop and agency-specific software.
- Strong technical skills to troubleshoot basic technical issues and report technical problems to IT support.
