Senior Accountant
We are looking for a driven Senior Accountant to join our client's team and support their financial operations during this phase of rapid expansion. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dedicated accounting team of four. This role demands a solid foundation in accounting principles, excellent numerical and communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute routine and special financial and operational reports.
- Analyze job costs related to key manufacturing and installation projects.
- Maintain comprehensive sales and use tax records.
- Prepare and submit tax returns for various states.
- Act as the primary contact for all sales and use tax-related inquiries.
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Calculate and process commissions and bonuses.
- Support external audits and internal control evaluations.
- Assist with the credentialing of vendors.
- Provide support to the Billing Coordinator and Accounts Payable Specialist when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
