Hydraulic Cylinder Rebuilder Apprentice - ETI GLOBAL

Our company is seeking an Apprentice Hydraulic Cylinder Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some mechanic experience or training in Auto repair possibly working as a Tire or Lube Tech. The Hydraulic Cylinder Technician will be responsible for assisting the cylinder techs in diagnosing, repairing, and testing hydraulic cylinders and associated components.

 Responsibilities:

• Disassemble and inspect hydraulic cylinders and associated components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic cylinder issues.
• Repair and rebuild hydraulic cylinders to factory specifications.
• Test and verify the quality and performance of repaired cylinders.
• Install hydraulic cylinders and associated components on equipment!
• Perform routine maintenance on hydraulic cylinders and associated components.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Work with other team members to complete repair and maintenance projects in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of experience or training in a related mechanic field.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and components a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

This is a M-F position with some opportunities for overtime.

Occasional Saturdays when workload requires.
