Responsibilities :- Candidate will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organizational systems and data by overseeing and enforcing IAM policies and procedures organization wide.
Required Skills:
- Develop, implement and maintain IAM policies and procedures.
- Conduct IAM risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IAM processes and aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to business unites regarding IAM policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of IAM policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
- Monitor and report on IAM performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendation for remediation.
- Respond to IAM-related incidents, ensuring they are handled appropriately and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Conduct training an awareness sessions on IAM policies and procedures for business units and end-users
- Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 3+ years od experience in IAM governance, risk, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of IAM principles, practices and technologies
- Experience in conducting IAM risk assessments and developing IAM policies and procedures
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC.
- IAM certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.
