NexThreat is seeking an ICAMO Sr ICAM Operations Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of ICAM systems, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and securely across the organization.

Position Responsibilities:
·Oversee regular maintenance activities, including software updates, patch management, and system backups, to ensure ICAM systems are up-to-date and secure.
·Respond to and manage incidents related to ICAM systems, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.
·Ensure proper administration of user accounts, roles, and permissions, in line with organizational policies and security standards.
·Continuously monitor ICAM system performance and capacity, making recommendations for improvements or upgrades as needed.
·Ensure ICAM systems adhere to organizational security policies and industry regulations. Participate in audits and compliance reviews, providing necessary documentation and support.
·Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ICAM operations, including automation of routine tasks.
·Work closely with IT, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to support security initiatives and ensure the integrity of ICAM operations.
·Maintain comprehensive documentation of ICAM systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
·Provide guidance and mentorship to junior administrators and other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
·Years of Experience: 10+
·Requires Top Secret clearance and willingness to undergo a CI polygraph.
·Willingness to support 24x7 operations
