IMMEDIATE HIRE: Marketing Associate at Blue Diamond Developments

We're looking for a full-time Marketing Associate. Our Marketing Department is an award-winning, hands-on team that creatively communicates all we have to offer our clients and their customers. The team is collaborative and motivated, learning from successes and failures with an openness to change.

Responsibilities:

A typical day might include some of the following:

• Communicating closely with clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client account through in-person meetings
• Devising an integrated direct marketing campaign strategy; executing the necessary marketing mix through promotional marketing and sales
• Client customer engagement & relations (face-to-face)
• Implementing promotional marketing & sales strategies to maximize the marketing budget
• Track and analyze statistics; constantly be on the lookout for ways to quantifiably improve our business
• Reporting daily and weekly results to Marketing Manager
