Job Description
The Warehouse Administrative Assistant will support the Warehouse Manager with non-essential administrative duties and assist the Operations Team with inventory-related tasks.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
File both digital and hard copies of paperwork such as pick tickets, manifests, and route sheets.
Process the previous day's route manifests and attached signatures in Eclipse.
Handle phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Process daily driver paperwork.
Assist HR with new hire orientations and temporary employee paperwork.
Enter new employee information into the timekeeping system and process manual timesheets on Monday mornings.
Support Inventory Control with cycle counts when needed.
Conduct daily row counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Prepare and process CODs, ensuring accuracy, and submit daily deposits to corporate.
Assist management with credit card reconciliations.
Maintain employee files and ensure training records are current.
Prepare and submit monthly operations reports to the Operations Manager.
Collect daily coupons, create logs, and ship them to corporate weekly.
Provide additional support to management as needed.

Job Requirements
Experience with distribution and/or supply chain management software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening (post-offer).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and strong initiative.
Maintain confidentiality, especially when handling HR paperwork.
Ability to lift up to 44 lbs unassisted
Forklift certification and prior forklift experience required.
High school diploma and previous relevant work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).
