Job Description: As an Investigator, you will play a crucial role in gathering information, conducting investigations, and preparing detailed reports for our clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Essential Job Functions:
- Review assignments and supporting documentation to determine case objectives and client expectations
- Take recorded statements remotely or in person
- Perform scene investigations
- Canvass for witnesses
- Facilitate document signing
- Collect investigation-related evidence, such as photos, video, audio recordings, documents, and electronic communications
- Provide daily submission of updates regarding work performed on assignments
- Communicate with managers and clients regarding assignments
- Accurately track and input investigation-related time, mileage, and expenses
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports
- Adhere to due dates for case completion
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements: Candidates for this position must meet the following requirements:
- Self-starter who holds themselves accountable for results and performance
- Exceptional writing skills
- Ability to work from a home-based office and work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Minimum auto insurance in the amount of $100,000 each person/$300,000 each accident bodily injury/$50,000 property damage
- Smartphone and computer or laptop with a good internet connection
- State PI licensing if applicable
Preferred Skills/Experience:
While not required, the following skills and experience are preferred:
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's Degree
- Insurance experience
- Investigations experience
- Customer service experience
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks:
- Ability to travel to various locations for investigations.
- Lifting and carrying equipment and materials, such as cameras, documents, or evidence, up to 25 pounds.
- Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Bending, kneeling, and reaching during scene investigations.
- Climbing stairs and accessing various locations.
