Insight Global is currently seeking an iOS Engineer to join a growing Agricultural company and be part of a dynamic and innovative organization that is revolutionizing how farming operations are managed.
As an iOS Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and expanding our mobile application, providing users with the tools they need to make data-informed decisions and thrive in the ever-evolving agricultural landscape.
Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and backend engineers.
Participate in discussions and planning sessions to align the app development with project goals.
Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for users of the app.
Participate in architectural discussions to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve the app's competitiveness in the market.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and reliability.
Debug and troubleshoot issues promptly, working on resolutions with the team.
Address user feedback and technical issues promptly to ensure a superior user experience.
Support the team in addressing bug fixes and performing routine maintenance tasks.
$60/hr to $70/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of professional, native iOS Development: Strong proficiency in iOS app development, including knowledge of Xcode, iOS SDK, and Swift (6+ months of professional SwiftUI experience).
UI/UX Design: Understanding of user interface and user experience design principles to create intuitive, visually appealing apps.
API Integration: Proficiency in integrating data from various sources and APIs into iOS applications.
Performance Optimization: The ability to optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.
Data Handling: Knowledge of data storage, retrieval, and processing within iOS applications.
Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
Testing and Debugging: Experience in testing iOS apps and debugging issues, including familiarity with testing frameworks.
Security: Understanding of mobile app security best practices to protect user data and privacy.
Knowledge of iOS Ecosystem: Stay updated with the latest iOS technologies, libraries, and tools.
Database Management: Proficiency in working with local and databases, such as SQLite. Agricultural experience null
