Job Title: IRIS/Ensemble Integration Engineer

Job Description:

The IRIS/Ensemble Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions using the IRIS/Ensemble Integration Engine. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system interoperability, seamless data exchange, and optimal performance of integration processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with IRIS/ Ensemble, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Development: Design and develop integration solutions using IRIS/ Ensemble, including interface development, data transformation, and system connectivity.
• System Configuration: Configure and customize IRIS/Ensemble to support specific business processes and integration requirements.
• Testing and Validation: Perform comprehensive testing and validation of integration solutions to ensure they meet performance and functional requirements.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Identify, diagnose, and resolve integration issues and system errors. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integration processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather integration requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Monitoring: Monitor integration processes and system performance to proactively address potential issues and optimize performance.
• Compliance: Ensure that integration solutions comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with IRIS/Ensemble Integration Engine, including interface development and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies, data formats (e.g., XML, HL7, JSON), and protocols.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and database management (e.g., SQL).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with other integration platforms or middleware is a plus.
