ManTech is seeking a C4ISR SME to help support our current Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Intelligence & Cyber Operations Contract.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Provide technical expertise in research and development, acquisition and sustainment of innovative tactical intelligence collection, processing, and dissemination solutions.
+ Provide subject matter expertise in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) information systems in support of the Distributed Common Ground/Surface System – Marine Corps (DCGS-MC) Geospatial Intelligence capabilities.
+ Provide the MCTSSA Help Desk with SME support as required.
+ Provide the DCGS-MC Program Office with Test and Certification coordination, as required, to include interface testing/reporting with other C2 and Intel systems.
+ Provide the DCGS-MC PMO with MCTSSA Liaison’s as required.
+ Provide DCGS-MC GEOINT SME support with integration of Intelligence into the Command-and-Control Systems and architecture as required.
+ Develop and execute training plans and programs in support of Fleet Marine Force, supporting establishment, and other DoD agencies and activities.
+ Impart technical and operational experience focused on the DCGS-MC Family of Systems and capabilities.
+ Must have the ability to travel periodically.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree and at least 12 years of experience in the development or maintenance of C4ISR software, systems, and/or related capabilities.
+ At least 5 years of experience with DCGS-MC GEOINT systems and capabilities
+ At least 5 years of experience with systems integration and testing to verify required performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Knowledge of DoD/USMC garrison and tactical environments.
+ Knowledge of acquisition and sustainment processes, systems development lifecycle, and network/systems design and implementation.
+ Knowledge of DCGS-MC GEOINT systems and capabilities.
+ Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
+ Prior military intelligence experience.
Clearance Requirements:
+ Active Secret with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
Physical Requirements:
+ Sedentary Work
The projected compensation range for this position is $121,800.00-$204,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
