Position Summary
Fisher's Technology is seeking a qualified individual to fill our IT Account Manager position. This position will join the IT Sales Team and will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, be responsible for client retention and the upselling of additional services. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, handle client inquiries and concerns promptly, and work closely with our technical team to resolve issues. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding clients' business needs and identifying new solutions and strategies to generate revenue.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management -
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Respond to client requests within 24-hours or less.
- Act as the client's technical accountability partner.
Business Development and Upselling -
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional services offered by the Fisher's Technology.
- Develop a technology roadmap to present products and services that keep clients current with technology trends & updates.
- Achieve sales targets through effective account management and upselling strategies.
- Schedule, plan, and execute Business Technology Reviews (BTRs) quarterly.
Client Engagement Activities -
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction and discuss progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations to enhance their IT infrastructure.
Issue Resolution -
- Proactively identify potential IT issues and work with the technical team to resolve them.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Document and communicate client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with Service and Projects teams, acting as the client advocate to improve task execution.
Requirements:
Education and Experience -
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management.
- Previous experience in the IT industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledgeable of basic IT infrastructure to help identify customer needs.
