About the Job
One of TEKsystems top clients is looking for an IT Support Analyst. Less focused on IT hardware and more focus on IT applications and network, troubleshooting and making sure systems/apps are running correctly
- 2+ year of technical support experience - configuration, application, systems or networking experience, end user experience troubleshooting
- Any experience with configuration, troubleshooting or monitoring systems in a help desk support capacity troubleshooting apps
- Onsite/hybrid position
