Job Description:

IT Support Specialist

• Entry-Level professional opportunity for IT Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, update, and integrate software applications for local and international business functions.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Be completely fluent in all MS desktop operating systems and common workflow software such as: Office, Adobe, Web Browsers, etc.
• Review, troubleshoot, solve and complete support tickets promptly.
• Set up and maintain computer systems in employee workstations.
• Conduct system and network checks.
• Assist with data backup and recovery.
• Assist with data management and data entry.
• Document support requests and resolutions.
• Provide basic IT training to users.
• Data entry and database management, maintenance and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in IT or related field (bachelor's preferred).
• At least 1-year experience in a help desk or IT support role required
• Basic understanding of IT systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience working with ITSM's such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with MS server operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with VMware a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, undergo IT upskilling and professional development, and to stay up to date with best practices in Technology.
