Max Pay rate $48/hr on W2 with Benefits
Summary:
The main function of IT field support is to facilitate maintenance and repairs of hardware and computer devices. A Field Service Technician will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform primary job functions.
Job Responsibilities:
" Supporting users onsite through Help Desk using salesforce for the ticketing systems, unblocking users and methodical trouble shooting
" Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
" Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
" Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
" Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
" Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
Skills:
" Strong communication and customer-service skills.
" Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
" Basic problem-solving and analysis skills.
Must have skills:
1 Salesforce Experience, methodical troubleshooting's
2 IT Tools, NDN, multi factor authentication
3 Confident in seeking support when needed
Education/Experience:
" Associate's degree or its equivalent in the field or a related area preferred.
