Job Description:

Training and Development:

During your first year, you will receive intensive training from experienced specialists in:

• Repair techniques for a wide array of devices, specifically Chromebooks, iPads, and MacBooks.
• Safe handling of devices and batteries, focusing on repair protocols without direct customer engagement.
• Effective documentation practices to support the repair workflow and device history.

Certifications:

Reimbursements and platforms towards your certifications are offered after the completion of 1 year of service at Gophermods. Certifications offered include but are not limited to CompTIA +, Network + and Security +. 

Career Progression:

Post-training, opportunities for advancement include:

• Moving into leadership roles such as Team Lead or Manager.
• Transitioning to specialized departments like Managed Services or White Glove Services, focusing on high-end client interactions and advanced technical support.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues in Chromebooks, iPads, and MacBooks.
• Document repair processes and outcomes for quality control and training purposes.
• Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary: $31,200.00 per year base starting salary 

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
