Summary
The Helpdesk Technician specializing in Office 365 provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users for Office 365 applications and related systems. This role includes diagnosing system issues, assisting with installation and configuration, and ensuring the efficient operation of the Office 365 suite, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related cloud services.
Employment Status: Full-Time.
Pay starting at $24+/hour- pay based on experience.

Qualifications
An associate degree in CIS or CS or 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of information technology education and related experience.
