Job Description:
- Installation and configuration of Laptops, Desktops, and Mobile Devices
- Support to end users both live and via phone
- Assistance and support technical problems resolution
- Assistance on network management activities
- Contribute to developing new projects in system engineering
- Assistance of maintenance and management of IT/OT infrastructure
- Assistance with A/V equipment
- Requirements:
- Student in University or recently graduated student in statistics, math, computer science, business, or related field
- Interest in renewable energy
- Strong written and speaking skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Knowledge in the following tools:
- Microsoft 365 products; Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint
- Nice to have:
- Systems Administration training
- Network Administration training
- Cyber Security Administration training
