- This is a non-exempt position. All overtime hours are paid at a time-and-a-half hourly rate
The ideal candidate is self-motivated with great collaboration skills, good time management skills, and a problem-solving mindset. This is an opportunity for a dynamic candidate to gain IT experience working on complicated IT infrastructure, comprised of multiple sites of servers hosting various functions. This role will be supported with training and shadowing experiences with knowledgeable professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support to users in multiple US time-zones virtually
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Lend IT support in areas such as analytics, data, and inventory management
- Required to participate in the weekend and evening hours on-call Information Technology Helpdesk rotation
- This role requires work to be performed on site at our Downtown Los Angeles office during one of our IT shifts. Shifts available include:
- 6am to 3pm
- 7am to 4pm
- 8am to 5pm
- 9am to 6pm
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field required
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Linux Systems
- Software Engineering Experience is a Plus (front-end or back-end)
- Experience with Active Directory and Cloud Computing is a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Duties require in-person attendance, Monday through Friday, during one of our IT shifts at our office in Downtown Los Angeles. Shifts available include:
- 6am to 3pm
- 7am to 4pm
- 8am to 5pm
- 9am to 6pm
- All duties are performed in a typical office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.
- Duties require the ability to actively engage with a computer for several hours per day.
- May occasionally need to lift items up to 25 lbs.
