Benefits and Compensation:
- Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000
- PTO: 15 day of PTO + 8 Paid Holidays
- Retirement: 401(k) - 100% up to 3%, 50% on the next 2%

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, assigning tasks and ensuring project completion
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security
- Oversee network architecture and ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and system updates
- Configure and maintain Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with business objectives
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- Prior experience leading small teams
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
- Extensive experience with Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco networking equipment
- Prior experience leading projects and making suggestions to the organization on new technologies
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
