Consolidated Precision Products (CPP), a manufacturer of highly complex aluminum & magnesium aerospace castings is seeking an IT Manager to join the team at our plant in Bloomington, MN. This position is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT services to our users. You will provide specialized IT support tailored to the unique needs of a manufacturing environment, optimizing systems to enhance production efficiency. You will manage our IT team, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively deliver service. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and technical teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the management and integration of various business applications, ensuring seamless functionality across systems.
- Act as point of escalation for Level Three support and major incidents, working with vendors to resolve complex technical issues. Excellent trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery operations. Manage and maintain the systems and processes that enable management on the endpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Corporate, Plant Operations, and IT Technical teams, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work.
- Define and track service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) associated to services provided and drive continual service improvements regardless of where the technology components, skills, or processes reside.
- Maintain documentation, including operational procedures, knowledge articles, user reference guides, and project plans.
- Provide general IT support for Minneapolis location, including onboarding and offboarding users.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve service delivery.
- Actively support and maintain the environments for standard IT organization's desktop products and Active Directory/GPO.
- Conduct all business in compliance with company regulations and applicable state, federal, and international guidelines.
- Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing environment, knowledge and experience operating ERP systems required. Experience with QAD preferred.
- Position also required 2+ years of IT leadership experience; coaching, mentoring, and delivering performance feedback to ensure optimal team performance
- Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of data management, including SQL, Progress, and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience in change management, performance monitoring, security/compliance, vendor management, and budgeting within an IT setting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and IT teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive data-driven decision making.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, and value to the business.
- Understanding of various infrastructure technologies and Windows Server operating systems.
