Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 Annually DOE and Education

About Us:

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team and lead our technology initiatives.

Job Summary:

The IT Manager will oversee the IT department, ensuring that all technology systems and operations align with the company's goals. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies, and maintaining the overall IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement IT strategies that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Project Management: Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, security, and scalability of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and guidance to staff, resolving IT issues promptly.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
• Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all IT operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the security of company data and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security protocols.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Cisco).
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
