IT OPERATIONS MANAGER

$120,000 - $130,000

POSITION SUMMARY: The IT Operations Manager oversees the IT Department and manages all facility systems, including Ignition, CMS, and Funnel Cloud.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience in IT operations management
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Strong technical background in operating systems, Microsoft suite, and TCP/IP networks
• Experience with system implementation, support, and security
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and enhance plant reporting systems
• Manage IT budget and resources
• Oversee helpdesk support and user account administration
• Implement and manage virtual environments, storage technologies, and network infrastructure
• Ensure system reliability, security, and disaster recovery
• Coordinate with contractors and manage service contracts
• Lead IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Comply with quality, environmental, and safety programs
