IT/Operations Manager - Gpac

Position: IT / Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a driven IT/Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will work closely with various departments managing and maintaining CRM and Core software systems. This role will require both office-based work as well as traveling to other branches for maintenance and repairs as needed. You will wear many hats working with us, such as managing BSA and Compliance files according to policy and procedure and working closely with COO 

Responsibilities

• Define, deploy and lead systems/applications and technical infrastructure operations to support clients and applications
• Identify, and correct CRM, Core Software issues between branches and manage / maintain network system.
• Review, and manage department and bank policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulations
• Work with and assist Chief Operations Officer with daily operations to ensure tasks are completed and processes are followed in compliance  
• May help test, debug, analyze and document environment components
• Develop and recommend technical strategies and solutions to maintain and/or expand service levels
• Lead / contribute to the project management processes conduct pre and post implementation reviews

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to manage and mentor a team of up to 10 directly
• Travel between branches for any software or technical issues
• Some knowledge in BSA / Compliance is suggested
• Be competent with computer technology and software
• 2 plus years’ experience required
