As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating IT project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables across various teams.

Responsibilities
- Serving as an administrator to projects within the IT and Compliance departments
- Deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures
- Assist with setting up project meetings and maintaining project documents
- Assist in change management for implementing new technology or processes (e.g., communications, end-user training)
- Support the completion of project deliverables and close out of project documentation
- Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations, processes, and workflows
- Stay abreast of new technology trends and work with various technologies and systems
- Ensure alignment among stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors on roles, responsibilities, and expectations
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or a related field is preferred. A graduate degree is a plus.
- PMP certification or interest in completing PMP
- Prior experience translating business requirements into business processes or technology utilization (preferred)
- Experience working directly with engineering and/or other technical teams
- Aptitude for learning new software applications
- Experience with reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis (e.g., advanced Excel, MS Power BI)
- Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft suite organization
- Experience with implementing company-wide systems
- Experience with project management solutions
- Experience and understanding of various project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile), coordination of user testing, and solution documentation
