Responsibilities:
- The IT Project Manager - Senior will facilitate the delivery of technology solutions for a defined group of capabilities or products.
- We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Contact Center and Service Operations Product and Planning team.
- The Contact Center and Service Operations Sr. PM will be responsible for leading one or more large scale, complex, and cross functional programs, often spanning multiple organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in technology and/or healthcare business
- Contact Center Technology project management experience is required
- Genesys Migration to Cisco is HIGHLY preferred
- Problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a team, a strong work ethic, flexibility and adaptability, communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to self-manage and drive results a must.
- Agile Methodology and reporting tool expertise (Jira, Jira Align) preferred.
- High degree of comfort in a fast paced dynamic/ambiguous environment.
- Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility and acumen.
