Our Client is a Global leading Chemical Manufacturer, specializes in Building & Interior materials, Automotive materials and Industrial Film backed by approx 4,270 employees across the world.
[Job Summary]
Providing system support, service, and development to the company as well as companywide employees and staff. Planning and implementing improvements of all systems for the overall benefit of the company. Analyzing requirements and documentation for all users as well as participating in IT projects.
[Job Description]
- System Support and Monitoring.
- System Development.
- System usage training to internal users.
- Reporting of daily system issues.
- Analysis, design, and planning user requirements with the development team.
- Management and tracking of issues.
- Communication point between system user and development team.
- Analyze and propose system improvements.
- Implementation, monitoring, and reporting of improvement proposals.
- Documentation of analysis, requirements, and systems.
- Participation and active analyst, designer, and developer in IT projects.
- Evaluation of new solutions to projects and issues.
- Assist in the IT products benchmarking.
- Monitoring of IT related expenses.
- Other duties as assigned.
[Qualifications]
Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:
Education and Work Experience:
- Vocational or undergraduate degree in information systems and computer science or related field.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of information systems, development, computer science and/or IT related experience is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Korean English Bilingual
- Project management knowledge/experience (IT Project lifecycle)
- Initiative skills
- Problem solving skills
- High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures is a plus
- Great Social and Communication Skills
- Great Oral and Written Communication Skills
- System process analysis and design capabilities/experience
- Object Oriented (OO) Programming knowledge (Java)
- Salesforce CRM
- ERP system knowledge (preference SAP, SD Module)
- Data base systems (SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle)
- MS Office skills (specially Excel skills)
Physical Demands:
- Position requires sitting at a desk working on a computer for at least 2/3 of time.
- Position requires regular and reliable attendance.
- Position requires local travel up to 10% of time.
