Position: Help Desk Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join their team!
This opportunity offers the chance to provide top-tier IT support to internal users in a collaborative and dynamic work environment
The Help Desk Analyst will work closely with a team dedicated to resolving technical issues, providing efficient troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations
This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology and user support, looking to grow their skills while contributing to an innovative team.
Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support via email, phone, and in-person
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
Maintain detailed documentation for each support case
Required Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years of experience in an IT support role
Proficiency with Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory
Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Relevant IT certifications
Experience with advanced troubleshooting techniques
