Job Title: IT Help Desk Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Run and Maintain IT Help Desk: Be the go-to person for IT assistance, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.
- System Maintenance: Ensure our business systems are always up and running, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- User Support: Respond to queries via phone, email, in person, or remote access, providing top-notch technical assistance.
- Technical Assistance: Help with the delivery, configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Training: Train users on IT systems and processes, and create easy-to-understand training materials.
- Office 365 and SharePoint: Utilize and maintain these essential tools to support our team.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to end-users, ensuring their IT needs are met promptly.
- Resource Management: Keep accurate logs of our IT resources, including computers and printers.
- Network Monitoring: Establish and maintain network monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
- Data Management: Facilitate data import, export, and integration as needed.
- Security: Ensure all devices are properly configured and protected, and address any security issues.
- IT Training: Lead IT training sessions to keep our team up-to-date with the latest technologies.
- Collaboration: Work with outsourced IT providers to deliver comprehensive business solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay curious and eager to learn new systems and technologies.
- Project Tracking: Keep track of IT priorities and projects, providing regular status updates.
- Innovation: Recommend and implement new software systems to improve our operations.
Top Skills Required:
- Help Desk Support: 3-6 months of experience in a help desk role.
- Windows Support: Experience supporting Windows operating systems.
- Office 365 / SharePoint: Familiarity with Office 365 and SharePoint.
