Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a VoIP Specialist to support our customer (DISA). This position requires you to be on-site at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The VoIP Specialist will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting all telephone systems and services. This specialist needs to be able to work in a 24/7 shift work environment.
Clearance: Secret Clearance
Location: Scott Air Force Base, IL
Responsibilities of the VoIP Specialist:
· Analyze network and telecommunications alarms and identify potential issues/solutions.
· Maintain, troubleshoot, document and repair network devices to include phone systems, call managers, VTC’s, network infrastructure and trunk circuits.
· Identify, recommend, and implement simple solutions for smooth continuing operation of the DISN network as capacity needs change.
Qualifications of the VoIP Specialist:
· Active Secret Clearance.
· Proficiency in two or more of the following: TDM telephone switches, VoIP, Call Manager, VTC systems.
· Must hold Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent) prior to start date.
Compensation for the VoIP Specialist:
· Salary Range: $30-42/ hourly ***Based on experience.

· Contract mobility and job stability – Fully funded through 2030.
