Description: The Help Desk Technician provides technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to support requests, and ensuring efficient and effective resolution of IT-related problems.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Document and track support requests in the ticketing system.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in IT or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
