Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. Our labs are dynamic workspaces supporting a variety of engineering activities. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive IT support across a diverse client landscape, including Windows, along with accompanying hardware. This will be working in Labs and supporting the Engineers who are working inside the labs.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide software and hardware support.
- Perform systems maintenance and upgrades.
- Conduct technical implementation reviews with customers and peers.
- Document and review knowledge.
- Identify process gaps and propose efficiency improvements.
- Support infrastructure of small/local environments.
- Coordinate cross-functional work activities with peer groups.
- Communicate with customers regarding systems outages and maintenance activities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- This Role will require candidates to do some National Travel.
