We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This position is based 100% onsite out of our Clackamas office. This is an exempt position. The base salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 (DOE)
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will possess skills in configuring and maintaining network security, including managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and virus protection, as well as performing risk assessments and implementing protective measures. They will be skilled in monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, managing access, coordinating with vendors, and training staff on cybersecurity best practices. Additionally, they will have experience in researching new technologies to enhance network security and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general server administration, system and network monitoring, and optimizing overall system performance and reliability
- Manage Windows and Linux applications, provisioning servers, and troubleshooting
- Collaboratively manages, maintains, and updates Microsoft Active Directory, WSUS, and Exchange infrastructure
- Execute, maintain, and constantly improve the disaster recovery plan
- Conducts network vulnerability scans to ensure secure operations
- Helps install, configure, and maintain monitoring and security tools
- Troubleshoot IT-related problems, both Hardware and Software
- Maintain and configure firewall appliances, antivirus, and other security tools and monitor audit logs to detect suspicious activity
- Manage network access, operate master consoles, and analyze equipment performance for potential upgrades or replacements
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment purchases and provide technical support for voice services
- Train staff on computer systems and cybersecurity best practices
QUALIFICATIONS:

What we're looking for:
- Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon (strongly preferred)
- Experience with SecureWorks Taegis XDR, Tenable, and/or ForeScout
- Experience with managing ERP systems is highly preferred
- Experience with Global Shop Solutions or SAP
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of network security, systems software, and hardware.
- Experience with cybersecurity protocols, risk management, and network security tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, network configuration, and technical support.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors effectively.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years in technical operations and/or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies and multi-offices.
