*The IT Technician is responsible for traveling to dealerships to troubleshoot, install, and maintain a dealerships network, inter-active video, telecommunications, and associated components and peripherals at dealerships and locations associated with Fun Town RV. This position will also require to manage helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software installations when not traveling to another dealerships.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Position will require up to 50% travel
- Installing and terminating low voltage wiring including but not limited to Cat5e, Cat6e, and Fiber
- Properly mounting, installing, and configuring various IT equipment including but not limited to PC’s, Phones, Televisions, Cameras, Switches, Wireless Access Points, network cabinets / racks, patch panels, fiber enclosures, etc.
- Documenting, maintaining, and reporting service calls and installation actions by completing forms, reports, or logs
- Work to help the team achieve business objectives.
- Maintain data integrity by following data policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism in the exercise of all duties listed above
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ongoing maintenance of current and future projects.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of network cabling (required)
- 1 year of desktop/technical support (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Access.
- Proficient with Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, & Slides.
- Excellent typing and 10-key skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to constantly adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business information.
