IT Trainer - TEKsystems

Description:

This role is a support role. The employee will do various tasks for the GIS Academy program to improve front end service training and share valuable knowledge on platforms and services used company wide. In addition, this role is needed in the growth and expansion of the program to better enable employees who use front end service applications every day.

- Create GIS Academy courses/classes for end users.

- As an administrator, maintain and update courses.

- Train employees in North America on Front End Services.

- Create classes for other programs adopted by GIS Academy.

- Grant AGU credit for employees who have taken classes and qualify.

- Help end users who reach out after training sessions if questions or help remain.

- Train individual groups or BUs who request private training.

- Participate in quarterly regional meetings to discuss improvements in GIS Academy.

- Have in-person training sessions on campus.
