Pay: $29.00/hr - $31.00/hr
Contract: 12 months, extensions likely, conversion possible

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain communication materials, including presentations, reports, and newsletters.
- Provide user support for reports, applications, and tools, managing incoming issues and inquiries.
- Assess and prioritize user issues based on urgency, effectively managing complex user situations.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure consistent and effective communication strategies.
- Assist in project coordination and execution, providing support in various tasks as needed
- Proactively identify and solve communication-related issues and challenges as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities, communication initiatives, and user support interactions.
- 50% of the candidate's time will still be supporting user questions on reports and applications. Same communication skills, problem-solving skills, etc… apply (more heavily written communication)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in delivering training.
- Prior experience in User Support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new tasks and situations
- Pharmaceutical / Medical Device / Life Sciences industry experience.
