We're looking for an additional member of our Image & Print Connectivity Helpdesk. One of the qualities that makes Les Olson IT a superior service provider and a great place to work is our commitment to customer service. The Connectivity Helpdesk is one of the many ways we make sure our customers have their printing problems solved ASAP. When customers either can't connect to their device or can't print or scan they way they need to, the Connectivity Helpdesk gets them back up and running.
No experience with image & print software or devices? If you come to us with an aptitude for technology and a desire to build a career in IT, we'll get you trained on what you need to know.
What you'll do:
- Troubleshoot Print and Scan issues for our customers using remote desktop software
- Set up and maintain third party software / programs such as Printer Logic, FM Audit and Micas
- Assist the Les Olson Company Image & Print Service and Sales Teams as a technical resource
- Be an exceptional teammate
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Be highly coachable, receive and provide feedback
What you have:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Mac OS Operating Systems and the Adobe Suite of products
- High level of retention
- Motivated to progress in a career in IT
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot in a logical manner
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to be part of a close-knit team of great people
- Desire to be a part of the Les Olson Company culture of service to each other and our customers
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
This is an in-office position requiring attendance from 8-5, Monday through Friday. This is primarily an in-house position; however, there may be instances where onsite customer facing visits are required. As part of providing exceptional customer service there may also be occasional circumstances which require after-hours work.
