About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team responsible for the delivery and implementation of telecom services and solutions.
- Oversee the entire implementation process, from service provisioning to customer onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships.
- Manage escalations and troubleshoot issues that arise during the service delivery process.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures in all service implementations.
- Provide leadership in improving processes related to service delivery, provisioning, and customer service.
- Work closely with the project management team to align timelines and deliverables with overall business objectives.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of service implementations.
- Prepare and present progress reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience in a customer-facing role.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications industry.
- Advanced knowledge of telecommunications, service delivery, and provisioning processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing escalations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Project management experience is a plus (experience with tools like Microsoft Project or similar preferred).
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
