Job Responsibilities:
- Build lasting customer relationships to recommend the best HVAC solutions
- Cultivate key client relationships and successfully close deals
- Develop accurate sales proposals for seamless installation transitions
- Provide comprehensive product information, creating confident buyers
- Generate enthusiasm for On The Mark Heating & Air and encourage customer referrals
- Design and propose residential retrofit HVAC installs across various equipment types
- Become an expert in your market area by understanding and addressing customer needs
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday + Weekends as needed
Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with generous commission

- Expected yearly salary range of $150,000 to $300,000
