Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Independent Handyman to join our professional team. In this role, you will represent Nandail Property Management, providing outstanding service and upholding our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carpentry: Perform general carpentry work, including both rough and finish tasks.
• Remodeling: Execute upgrades and remodels in kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard.
• Painting: Enhance spaces by painting both interiors and exteriors.
• Drywall Repairs: Repair, patch, and caulk drywall to maintain a polished appearance.
• Minor Repairs: Address minor plumbing and electrical issues as needed.
• Flooring: Install and repair various types of flooring.
• General Maintenance: Conduct general home repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients and team members.
• Organization: Stay organized and efficiently resolve issues.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure every task is completed meticulously.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience as a handyman.
• Proficient in the use of various tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• A contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
