Indiana and Illinois Licensed Insurance Defense Attorney Needed!

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Indiana and Illinois Licensed Insurance Defense Attorney 2+ years of experience to handle a variety of complex litigation issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury and insuranse defense, excellent negotiation skills and writing skills, and a proven track record of providing strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury/insurance defense litigation.
• Be ready to handle practice areas such as construction, trucking, coverage, commercial, fire and casualty.
• Ability to handle discovery, depositions and motion pracitce with a minimmum of supervision.
• Collaborating with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice and in good standing in IL and IN or just IN but willing to work in Chicago
• 2+ years of experience
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
