Join our F-35 Industrial Engineering Support team in Fort Worth, TX, where you’ll play a crucial role in the integration of Industrial Engineering solutions for F-35 Final Assembly operations. Working in an above-the-floor capacity, you’ll support key production processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly operations through data-driven insights and engineering expertise.
What You Will Be Doing
• Production Planning and Analysis: Develop and analyze production plans, create and track production health metrics, and update production schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead and participate in shop floor improvement activities, enhancing production operations through automation techniques and advanced software.
• Project Management and Data Analysis: Serve as a project manager, overseeing initiatives to improve production health, and perform data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
• Team Mentorship and Collaboration: Mentor and coach a small team of shop floor Industrial Engineers, collaborating closely with Production Management, Industrial Engineering, and cross-functional support teams.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience developing production plans (scheduling) in a professional environment
• Experience with forecasting methods (learning curves, parametric estimates, regression)
• Experience with statistical analysis or data analysis or database operations (SQL)
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes
• Experience with one or more of the following Data Analytics tools: Regression analysis, statistical process control, data mining, utilizing SQL, Python, or Tableau.
• Experience working with business objects (BO) and enterprise data warehouse (EDW) utilizing SQL.
• Experience with analytical and project planning tools and software, MS Office Suite, or MS Power Query
• Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt)
• Data Visualization experience (Tableau)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
