Job Title: MIG Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MIG & TIG Welder to join a team that focuses on the development of welder. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding various materials and performing dimensional inspections to ensure high-quality standards. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Responsibilities
+ Weld various parts in different materials.
+ Conduct dimensional inspections of parts and check for quality requirements.
+ Understand and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Perform grinding, sanding, and cutting (oxy fuel and hand plasma).
+ Adhere to lean manufacturing initiatives, quality requirements, and safety programs.
+ Perform general welding and shop duties as needed.

Work Environment
The work environment includes working under the direction of the Team Manager and safely producing quality parts in a timely manner. The facility is clean with the largest Roll Forming & Press Break machine in the Northern Hemisphere and three large machining centers. There are significant opportunities for growth, including learning multiple different machining centers. The company operates with government contracts secured for the next 50+ years, ensuring no lay-offs.
