The Infection Prevention Coordinator will report to the Manager of Infection Prevention and Safety. The IP coordinator will have the opportunity to serve as a resource to all hospital departments, participating in identified projects or groups related to Infection Control.

The infection coordinator will also be able to partner with management in decision-making processes and assist in identifying and solving potential problems. This Infection prevention leader will also be responsible for assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the infection control program's hospital surveillance.
