Job Details
Psych/Behavioral RN Needed:
- Oversee compliance with infection prevention regulations, including monitoring, vaccination, and reporting requirements.
- Act as the infection prevention expert, representing our organization to external agencies such as the CDC and Department of Health.
- Collect and report data on infections and track antibiotic usage.
- Coordinate vaccine administration for both students and staff.
- Ensure infection control practices align with Joint Commission standards.
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania RN license; BSN preferred.
- Prior clinical experience in behavioral healthcare; familiarity with infection prevention procedures is a plus.
- Experience working with individuals with cognitive or behavioral challenges.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis platforms.
