Immediate Opportunity – Program Manager - Digital
Vaco is partnering with a top-notch company in the San Antonio area to hire a passionate, enthusiastic, and inspired individual for the role of Program Manager – Digital who will play a key role for the organization. This is an onsite role based in San Antonio. Must be local, not able to pay relocation.
This position leads projects and other significant efforts related to business transformation and business objectives. Responsible for leading cross-functional project teams. Follows Project Management methodology to create and execute project work plans while strictly adhering to and enforcing change management procedures to revise planning as appropriate to meet changing business needs and requirements.

- Supporting digital transformation efforts by developing a digital strategy around:
- Data and digital analytics platforms
- Cloud infrastructure and technologies
- Data management capabilities
- Business IT architecture
- Software and product management (including Agile ways of working)
- Tech, Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
