SUPERVISOR: Site Lead
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Support Learning Resource Center (LRC) Operations and provide Administrative Support.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Degree required.
Training and Experience: Experience working with computers and interacting with customers in team-oriented environment. Must be able to identify computer and computer network systems failures, be proficient with applicable Learning Management System (LMS) within 30 days of hire.
Minimum Certification Requirement: Shall be certified as an Information Assurance Technician I with A+, Network+ or Security+ certification in accordance with DOD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, and DOD Directive 8570.01 Information Assurance Training, Certification and Workforce Management within six months of hire. Must obtain Microsoft OS or Microsoft Server certification within six months of hire.
General Skills: Must be able to handle multiple tasks, a self-starter, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, possess good interpersonal and written communication skills, and work under limited supervision. Strong customer service skills. Familiarity with proper handling of classified material.
Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Security Clearance: Secret Clearance required. Ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret/SCI with access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage student accounts and documents
- Produce and distribute student and instructor materials
- Upload and manage lesson updates across three platforms
- Collect and report quality assurance data
- Provide assistance in the use of LRC equipment
- Assist in use of and accessing the LMS (if used)
- Daily checks and general cleaning of LRC equipment and reporting status of LRC equipment (this includes classroom equipment)
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Hourly rate is $33.10.
